Out of the small town of Windom, Minnesota in the early 80's, Dave Mueller started his own brand of pop called Official. The company would expand out of Minnesota across the United States and was moving into Canada. But in 1984 something happened that stopped Official pop dead in its tracks. Since 1984 no one has gotten the full story of what actually happened and how this whole soda company came to be. That is until now. We spoke with founder, Dave Mueller and got stories and photos from the community to pull together this amazing story. This is the Official story of Official pop out of Windom, Minnesota.
